Barbarian Basketball Goal Shipping Information

Freight Shipments
The delivery person may require your assistance in unloading your basketball goal, and leaves the goal at the curbside. All orders from Barbarian Basketball Systems are shipped with a free lift-gate! Inside delivery may be purchased in additional to standard services directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment. You should not need any additional services.

Shipping is normally 1-3 weeks. If your order shows visible damage upon receipt from the trucking company, refuse shipment and call us. It is important to inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign the delivery notice. This is to ensure that if there is a damaged item it can be returned at that time and a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE shipment, Barbarian Basketball Systems Inc. will gladly provide a full credit, refund the total amount by company check minus 6% of the total order, or credit the amount directly to your card minus 6% of the total order.

Return Policy
If you wish to return your order within 10 days, you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number from our customer service staff or email us. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase. There will be a 40% restocking fee on all returned products.
